She was exceptional!!! She provided amazing support to me. I spoke with A customer service representative in their tech-support named Star. I tried troubleshooting techniques provided by the Nixplay help menu but ended up needing to call their customer service line. It was easy to set up but I did run into some challenges getting the photos that friends “shared” with me to play on the frame. I was excited to receive the Nixplay photo frame for Christmas. I hope I get photos on the frame, because she really enjoys seeing her family especially during this pandemic. one with a lowercase name and the other with uppercase. (Happy Apple created this work around.) So I had 2 playlists for her. Required me to use my iPad to copy email addresses and then paste on my iPhone. I found that sending links was difficult because I had to copy and past email addresses because it did not auto fill and then i did not know, if I needed to name a playlist because I already had created one and that one did not appear. So she sent me a request and created her own playlist. Also when I sent out a link to my daughter, it did not work. ![]() So I gave you 4 stars because having to use the remote to enter wifi password and and having to do it multiple times was frustrating. ( I already have an account with mine and just added her frame to my account.) I called tech support twice and both times had great help. Mhan was fabulous in helping me set up this frame for my 90yo mom.
